Peach and Crab Balls

Refreshing, pretty and tasty summer appetizer.

2 small peaches
¾ cup crab meat
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 teaspoon lemon juice
½ teaspoon dill weed
Cut peaches into wedges, discard pits. Mix crab meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice and dill weed. Prepare a plate, spread some spinach or lettuce at the bottom (optional). Place the peach wedges around the rim of the plate. Share the crab mixture into small balls and place in the center of the ball.
