• French Baguette Or Any Other Crusty Bread You Like – 1
• Whipped Ricotta Cheese – 1 Cup
• Peach, Pitted and Sliced – 4
• Zucchini Thinly Sliced – 1 (I Used A Vegetable Peeler But You Could Also Use A Mandolin)
• Extra Virgin Olive Oil – 2-3 Tbsp
• Zest Of 1 Lemon
• Salt To Taste
