Buckeyes, that classic peanut butter ball dipped in chocolate recipe. This recipe adds a few new ingredients for a twist on the favorite recipe. Chunky peanut butter, honey, butter, powdered sugar and lemon juice make up the center. This addition we dip in both dark and white chocolate.

1 1/2 Cups of Chunky or Plain Peanut Butter
1/4 Cup of Butter, soften
1/4 Cup of Cream Cheese, soften
1/4 Cup of Honey
1 Tablespoon of Lemon Juice
3 to 4 Cups of Sifted Powdered Sugar
