1/2 c. butter ( softened )
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1 large egg
3 Tbsp. milk
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. old fashioned oats
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
