10 tbsp peanut butter (I used 5 tbsp of my friends Natural Peanut Butter and 5 tbsp Dark Chocolate Dreams Peanut Butter - The Peanut Butter Company)
3 tbsp golden linseed
3 tbsp brown linseed
5 tbsp desiccated coconut
A few organic chocolate drops
4 dates
1 tbsp vanilla
2 tbsp honey
