The tastiest peanut butter cup granola mixed into a creamy and delicious yogurt parfait. A healthy and flavorful breakfast that can easily be taken on-the-go.
Peanut Butter Cup Granola:
1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
4 tablespoons honey
4 tablespoons coconut oil
2 tablespoons brown sugar, lightly packed
3 cups old fashioned oats
1 cup finely chopped peanuts
1 and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup chocolate chips or chopped chocolate
