Peanut Sauce Beef and Broccoli (one pot meal)

An easy, one pot meal, that is full of creamy peanut butter flavor! Adjust the amount of sriracha to accommodate your heat level!
1 T cornstarch
1 lb thin cut sirloin strip, cut into bite sized pieces
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/8 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
1/2 C peanut butter
1 tsp sriracha
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp rice vinegar
2 T water
3 C beef broth
6 oz egg noodles
2 C broccoli florets
2 T crushed/chopped peanuts
2 green onions, chopped (optional)
