Healthy and delicious smoothie that will help you stay in your healthy weight track this Thanksgiving.

2 Persimmons (whole)
1 orange (whole)
¼ cup pumpkin puree
2 ½ cups unsweetened coconut milk
1 tbsp. chia seeds*
2 tbsp. raw almonds
1 tbsp. honey (optional)
