A 5-ingredient, one pan dish that is so flavorful and moist! The almonds give this chicken such a great crunchy coating and hidden underneath is a layer of basil pesto. This chicken will melt in your mouth!

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup basil pesto, homemade or store bought
1 cup almonds, coarsely ground
1 tablespoon olive oil
