1 cucumber, seeded and cut into thin 3" strips
1 carrot, shredded
1 1/2 cups cooked quinoa
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
fresh basil
24 pieces of shrimp, cooked and frozen
1/4 cup pesto
Spring Roll or Salad Roll Wraps (found in the asian isle of the store)
