This homemade pico de gallo is fresh and full of flavor. Serving it with homemade lime chips takes it over the edge and flavors go together perfectly.

for the chips:
8 corn tortillas
olive oil
juice from 1 lime
2 tsp salt

for the pico de gallo:
1/2 medium white onion
1 cup water
ice
1 large tomato
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
1 jalapeno
