3.5 cups of kale
1 cup orange juice
3 cup spinach
1 frozen banana
2.5 cups pineapples
1 apple, peeled
1 cup orange juice
3 cup spinach

Blend the kale and the orange juice together until smooth.
Add in the spinach and blend until smooth.
