Pineapple Apple and Orange Super Green Smoothie

This green smoothie is delicious and pretty much maxes out your daily greens requirement if you eat two servings.

3.5 cups of kale
1 cup orange juice
3 cup spinach
1 frozen banana
2.5 cups pineapples
1 apple, peeled
