Pizza Roasted Chickpeas

These roasted chickpeas are crunchy, tasty, and healthy! They're tossed with savory pizza seasoning, Italian seasoning, and some garlic salt to give them that pizza parlor flavor.

28 ounces canned chickpeas, rinsed, drained, and dried
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
2 teaspoon pizza seasoning
1 teaspoons garlic salt
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

3 eggs
1/2 c salted butter
1/2 c light corn syrup
1 t vanilla extract
1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, whisk together sugar, cornmeal, cocoa and salt. Add eggs, melted butter, corn syrup and vanilla; mix well. Pour into unbaked pie crust.
