This meal is among the best Greek dishes. It’s usually a Sunday meal when all the family gathers for launch. The rich and full flavor of the dish will definitely excite you.. In Greek we call it Selinato.

1 kilo boneless pork shoulder cut in thick slices
1 kilo celery
1 green pepper
5 carrots
3 large red onions
5 green onions
2 cloves garlic
½ cup white wine
1 chicken bouillon cube or chicken broth
Olive oil

EGG LEMON SAUCE
3 lemons
3 eggs
Corn flour
Salt

2 tablespoons water
1 kilo celery
1 green pepper
5 carrots
