Potato Taco

This combines a crunchy Taco outside with the yummy goodness of a soft filling. My kids LOVE this!

1 package of flour Tortilla's
1 package of Mashed Potato Mix of your choice (Prepared)
1 bag of shredded cheese of your choice ( I prefer mexican blend)
1 pound of ground beef, seasoned to your liking ( or ground turkey)

Oil for frying.
Sides: Sour Cream, Salsa
prepare mashed potatoes and brown the ground meat and season it. Put in small bowls to have it ready to assemble. Put Tortilla on a plate, spread some mashed potato mix in the middle ( leave a 1/2 inch rim on outside) add shredded beef and cheese on top of the mashed potatoes. fold in half and fry in a frying pan over medium heat till it's crispy on the outside. Place on paper towel to drain off extra oil. Enjoy!
