Pretty Christmas Sugar Cookies

My Christmas Sugar Cookies are buttery soft and the frosting is amazing! Plus I'll show you how to make new frosting colors in Dusty Rose, Teal & Purple. These cookies are a perfect way to say Merry Christmas to your family and friends in a stylish & delicious way!

For the Cookies:
1 cup butter, softened
1 1/4 cup granulated sugar
3 eggs, large
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 cups flour, unbleached or all-purpose
1 teaspoon cream of tarter
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt

For the Frosting:
1 pound confectioners sugar (3 3/4 cups)
1/2 cup butter, slightly melted
5 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Red, blue & green food coloring
