Pulled Pork Tamales

A great use of leftover pulled pork.

+For the masa dough+
2 cups masa harina
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 3/4 cups cold water
1 pound leftover slow roasted pulled pork

+For the corn salsa+
4 ears of corn
4 large tomato, seeded and chopped
1 jalapeño peppers, finely chopped
1 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
1/8 teaspoon salt
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
8-10 dash's of Tabasco Chipotle sauce

+For the tamales+
15 to 20 corn husks
