Pumpkin Almond Joy Bites

A no bake snack bite made with almond butter and oats blended with winter spices. A healthy snack solution that will save you time and money!

8 tbsp GF rolled oats
8 tbsp almond flour
4 tbsp almond butter
4 tbsp pumpkin puree
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp cinnamon (+ another dash I love cinnamon)
1/2 tsp almond extract
1 packet truvia sweetener
dash of sea salt
Pulse all ingredients in a food processor to combine Be careful not to over combine, they just need to be loosely combined Roll the batter into balls & place in the refrigerator to harden
