1 egg white
1 tsp almond extract
1/2 cup coconut oil
1 cup coconut sugar
1 cup almond flour
1/4 cup tapioca flour
1/2 tbsp pumpkin pie spice

Back-to-school season is one of the busiest times of year in my home. These Make Ahead Breakfast Casserole Cups are the perfect grab-and-go meal for busy school mornings.
