Traditional Tuscany spaghetti Pici pasta is lusciously flavored with shallots and garlic sautéed in black sage honey brown butter. For a perfect, quick weeknight dinner, add mascarpone cheese, pumpkin puree and top with oven-crispy oyster mushrooms or with crispy pancetta, and season with smoked paprika sea salt.
