Pumpkin Pitaya Smoothie Bowl

This pretty in pink Pumpkin Pitaya Smoothie Bowl makes pumpkin eating fun. High in protein & packed with nutrients, this will be your fall favorite!

For the smoothie:
1 pitaya smoothie pack
? cup pumpkin puree
½ cup nonfat Greek yogurt
2 tbsp organic powdered peanut butter
2 packets or tsp sweetener of choice (I used Truvia)
For the toppings:
Pumpkin seeds & nut butter
To a blender or food processor, add all ingredients for the smoothie. Process until fully combined. Transfer the smoothie to a bowl or cup. Top with optional toppings. Go wild here and enjoy!
