Easy homemade spread for sandwiches or veggies.

½ raw pumpkin seed
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce (or less)
1 garlic clove
Put all ingredients in a food processor and blend until evenly mixed. Add water if too dry or for softer texture. You may choose to substitute soy sauce with tamari or a pinch of salt and water.
