So easy, quick, and so so yum! This will become a new family favorite!

2 tsp. Chili Powder
1 tsp. Cumin
1 tsp. Minced Garlic
1/2 tsp. Oregano Leaves
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 C. chopped onion
1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can (15 oz) whole kernel corn, undrained
1 can (4.5 oz) diced green chiles, undrained
5 to 6 flour tortillas (8 in)
2 C. (or more) shredded cheese (cheddar)
1 tsp. Cumin
1 tsp. Minced Garlic
1/2 tsp. Oregano Leaves
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 C. chopped onion
1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can (15 oz) whole kernel corn, undrained
1 can (4.5 oz) diced green chiles, undrained
5 to 6 flour tortillas (8 in)
2 C. (or more) shredded cheese (cheddar)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Brown beef and onion together. Drain. Add beans, corn, tomato sauce, green chiles, and spices. Bring mixture to a boil. Turn heat to low and let simmer for about 5 minutes.
In a greased or sprayed 9x13 pan, spread 1/2 cup of beef mixture on bottom. Top with 2 or 3 tortillas, enough to cover the bottom. Pour half of remaining beef mixture onto tortillas. Spread half of the cheese on top of the beef mixture. Top with the remaining tortillas, enough to cover the mixture and cheese. Spread remaining beef mixture on top, followed by the remaining cheese.
Bake for 15 minutes, or until casserole is heated through. Let it stand for 5 minutes before serving.
