Quick and Easy Cheesy Lasagna

This lasagna was a definite hit! It's faster than regular recipes but is delicious and our new favorite recipe. It's extra creamy and cheesy too since it uses sour cream instead of cottage cheese. Everyone will want seconds!

1 pound lean ground beef
1 (26 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
32 ounces sour cream
3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 eggs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons dried parsley
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
9 lasagna noodles
1/2 cup water

Similar to an elevated mimosa, the Blood and Sand cocktail combines fresh blood orange juice, sweet Vermouth and cherry liqueur to create a unique and refreshing cocktail.

Cocktail Ingredients:
1/4 oz Blended Scotch
1/4 oz Blood Orange juice ( Freshly squeezed. Regular orange juice is an okay substitute. )
1/4 oz Cocchi Sweet Vermouth
1/4 oz Heering Cherry liqueur
1 Blood orange ( Peel or slice for garnish )
1 Cherry ( Luxardo or aged )
