Quick Fix Chili

Fast chili recipe with a sweet taste.

-1 can of diced tomatoes
- 1 can of corn, undrained
- 1 small can of tomato paste
- 1lb of ground beef
- 2 cans of kidney beans, undrained
- 1 can of black/pinto or Chili beans, undrained
-1 tbsp of Cumin
- 1 can of corn, undrained

- 1 can of black/pinto or Chili beans, undrained
-1 tbsp of Cumin
1 Brown hamburger in a skillet and drain.
2 Dump cooked hamburger and the rest of the contents (with their liquids) in a large pot. Heat to Medium or Medium low until low boil.
3 Then turn heat to low and let simmer, stirring occasionally (do not cover) for about 45 Minutes or until Kidney Beans are soft.
**if too watery add 1 can of tomato paste
**if too tomato-y add some chili powder or chili/taco seasoning.
Excellent served on top of rice.
