Finger Millet pudding an easy, delicious and healthy dish. Finger Millet pudding is a good choice for breakfast and snacks. Finger Millet/Ragi is very useful for the bone growth and overall development.
3-4 tablespoon melted unsalted butter or ghee
1 cup Finger Millet/Ragi flour
1/2 cup sugar or to taste
2 cups milk
1/4 teaspoon green cardamom powder
For Garnishing:
Dry Fruits Chopped as per choice
or
chocolate syrup or chocolate chips or chocolate vermicelli as per choice
Chopped nuts and raisins as per required(optional)
1 cup Finger Millet/Ragi flour
1/2 cup sugar or to taste
2 cups milk
1/4 teaspoon green cardamom powder

Melt the ghee in a heavy bottomed pan over medium heat.
