A pork stir-fry with rainbow cabbage

1 lb. boneless pork ribs, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 cups of rainbow cabbage
1 large yellow squash, julienne
1 large zucchini, julienne
1 cup sugar snap peas
1 cup broccoli
1/2 cup matchstick carrots
6 oz. Kikkoman stir-fry sauce
Kikkoman teryaki sauce - for marinade

6 oz. Kikkoman stir-fry sauce
Kikkoman teryaki sauce - for marinade
- Marinate pork for at least 1 hour in teryaki sauce
- Saute pork with a little bit of olive oil in skillet on medium heat until cooked thoroughly
- In a large Wok, addall of your veggies and saute until tender
- Add pork and stir-fry sauce to veggies
- Let simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally
- Serve over a bed of white rice
