Raspberry Chia Black Bean Brownie Cups - A layer of sweet, tart raspberry chia jam nestled inside of a dark chocolate, fudge-like brownie. Gluten-free, low in sugar, high in fiber. The healthiest, most decadent brownie ever.

1 cup (140g) fresh or frozen raspberries
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 ½ teaspoon coconut sugar or light brown sugar
1 – 15.5 ounce can black beans, drained and rinsed
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
½ cup (40g) oats or ground flaxseed
¼ teaspoon salt
1/3 cup (75g) maple syrup
¼ (40g) cup coconut oil, melted
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon baking powder
3/4 cup (140g) extra dark chocolate baking chips
