Raspberry Vanilla Overnight Oats in a Jar

Not only is this simple to assemble, it's also very filling which is great to curb those cravings that usually hit an hour or two after breakfast. OOIAJ is also perfect if you're in a time crunch and need to get out of the door quickly! Just grab a spoon and you're off!

¼ cup uncooked Old Fashioned oats
1/3 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
¼ cup low-fat Greek yogurt
¼ tsp pure vanilla extract
1 Tbsp sugar-free raspberry preserves
¼ -1/3 cup raspberries, or enough to fill jar, cut in half
