This raw single serving brownie is low fat, ready in 5 mins and has a secret, muscle-building ingredient! The perfect post workout snack or anytime treat!

1 Tbsp Slivered almonds (5g)
2 Tbsp Dates, roughly chopped (25g or about 3 large dates)
1 Package Qurr Toned Chocolate Raspberry Powder
1 tsp Cocoa powder
1 tsp Honey, divided
