Raw Vegan Sushi Plate

This is a raw vegan version of “nigiri sushi. Make everything with fruits as they are so colorful.

2 ounces banana
2 ounces apple
2 ounces pear
2 ounces cucumber
2 ounces papaya
2 ounces kiwi
Cut each fruit into rectangular slices about 1-inch in width and ½-inch thick. Stack up the fruit slices with harder fruits at the bottom and softer fruits on the top. Put cucumber on banana. Put papaya on apple. Put kiwi on pear. You can grate some celery and use it as “wasabi.”
