I make a lot of asian food for my Cambodian husband, and he says this one is a definite winner!

2-3 lbs top sirloin or or top round steak, cut into thin slices
1 large onion, cut into large slices
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup hoisin sauce
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup oyster sauce
1/4 cup water
3 tablespoons cornstarch
