This week I bought some beets from local market. And I was really excited to make Red Beet Smoothie. This healthy beet smoothie is perfect for breakfast.

•1 red beet, raw, peeled and chopped
•4 strawberries
•1 ripe banana
•3 dates, pitted
•1 tablespoon fresh ginger juice, optional
•1 cup water
