Red Pepper Chicken Alfredo Bake ~ Pasta Smothered in Light Roasted Red Pepper Sauce, Chicken & Cheese!

2 whole red peppers
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 garlic cloves minced
1 small onion, diced
1 c. chicken broth
1/3 c. flour
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 c. greek yogurt
1 c. milk
1 lb medium shell pasta
2 c. Sargento® Chef Blends™ Shredded 6 Cheese Italian, divided
