Delicious red, white, and blue scones made with strawberries, cranberries, blueberries, and almond milk.

2 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1 T. baking powder
1/2 t. salt
4 T. vegan buttery spread
1/4 c. applesauce
3/4 c. Silk Almondmilk Protein + Fiber + 2 T. for brushing on top
1/2 c. fresh blueberries
1/4 c. fresh strawberries, chopped
1/4 c. dried cranberries
2 T. gold or silver sprinkles (optional)
