It\\\'s grilling time! This wonderful grilled steak is full of flavor and oh so tender. Definitely a great dish to serve to company and one the whole family will enjoy!

2 (1-pound each) flat-iron steaks cut into 4 pieces
2 garlic cloves, mashed
1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon dry mustard
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup of dry red wine
1 teaspoon fresh rosemary leaves, chopped
Salt and freshly-ground black pepper
