Rice Noodles with Shrimps

This recipe is very easy and fast to cook. It benefits your lunch or dinner in many ways. It doesn't take too much time to prepare , but you will remember this taste for a long time.. It is so delicious...

500g of fresh shrimps (I like it not peeled)
200g of rice noodles
4 cloves of garlic
4 medium tomatoes
2 tbsp. of olive oil
salt
pepper
dry dill

1. Cook the shrimp in boiling salted water for 1 min.
2. Heat the oil in a frying pan and add shrimps
3. Dice the tomatoes and put on shrimp
4. Grate the garlic and put on top and add dry dill
5. Fry shrimps over high heat for 2 min.
6. Pour boiling water over the rice noodles for 1 min.
7. Rinse noodles with cold water
8. Put the noodles to the pan to warm up the shrimp and stir lightly with oil
9.Serve with boiled vegetables ( I choose, broccoli)
10. If its not enough salt, use soy sauce to make it taste salty.
