It's a pretty easy recipe, also very fulfilling and could make a great main dish or a side dish if you skip the chicken.
1.5 kg = 3 lbs boneless chicken
1.5 l = 0.40 gal water
1 cup rice
1 large onion
2 red peppers
2 medium carrots
1 zucchini
2 medium tomatoes
100 ml = 4 oz oil
Parsley or dill (optional)
