This chutney is made from unused ridge gourd peel.

1. Ridge gourd peel – 1 cup
2. Ginger – 1 inch
3. Garlic – 5 cloves
4. Green chillies – 6
5. Oil (optional)
6. Grated coconut – ½ cup
7. Salt as per taste
8. Tamarind little
1. Add Ridge gourd peel, Ginger, Garlic, Green chillies, Grated coconut, Tamarind in pan and fry for 2 to 3 minutes. 2. You can either add oil to fry the ingredients or dry roast the ingredients. 3. After fry, put fried ingredients to mixy jar and grind the ingredients by adding little water and salt as per taste. 4. Ridge gourd peel chutney is ready. It can be served with Dosa or Idli.
