Baby Brussels Sprouts are the perfect starting place for this recipe and people who've never eaten them before. You can use your favorite herbs in this recipe.

1 lb Baby brussels sprouts
2 T Extra virgin olive oil
1 Clove garlic chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh herbs chopped fine (Chives snipped, flat leaf parsley and tarragon are good)

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Cut the bottoms off the brussels sprouts and peel off the darker outer leaves.
