Rosemary Balsamic Pork Tenderloin

This is one of the most flavorful pork tenderloins I have ever made. The seasoning is packed with flavor and there is a nice bite to the tenderloin. Served alongside a nice salad and some roasted potatoes and you have the perfect weeknight dinner!

1 pound boneless pork loin
1 1/2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 sprigs fresh rosemary, chopped
3 sprigs fresh thyme, chopped
1 tablespoon seasoning (recipe below)
4 cloves garlic, crushed
Seasoning:
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon coriander
1 1/2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 sprigs fresh rosemary, chopped
3 sprigs fresh thyme, chopped

Seasoning:
