Rotisserie Chicken Stock in the Crock Pot

Homemade chicken stock doesn't get any easier than this Crock Pot method!

Rotisserie chicken carcass, 1 cup of baby carrots, 1 onion sliced in half with skin left on, 10-12 peppercorns, 4 cups of water
Cook on low for 4-6 hours then strain the mixture to produce your lovely, homemade stock. I made three cups of stock with these ingredients.
