Sake Beef Stir-fry: tender beef strips marinated and stir-fried with fresh vegetables served over rice and drizzled with a unique sake sauce.

1 lb sliced beef rib steak, sirloin tip steak or flank steak
4 Tbsp soy sauce
4 Tbsp sake
2 bags of boil in the bag rice
2 Tbsp olive oil
½ cup finely sliced carrots (I used a veggie peeler to make slices)
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 8 oz can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 8 oz can bamboo shoots, drained
Green onions, chopped for garnish
Roasted sesame seeds
Sake sauce
¼ cup soy sauce
¼ cup sake
¼ cup brown sugar
¼ mirin
1 tsp cornstarch dissolved in 1 Tbsp water
