Salmon Stuffed Mushrooms

One of my many food philosophies includes "Anything tastes better stuffed into a mushroom cap." Think about it. You could put Brussels sprouts, eggs, rice, beans, cheese, chicken, seafood, ANYTHING into a mushroom cap and it will improve in taste ten fold. We have a popular salmon dip we typically make for large parties. It's fancy, decadent and takes just seconds to throw together. 12 mushroom caps, stalks removed and insides hulled to form a bowl
2 cups of cooked salmon
1 brick of cream cheese
1 lemon, juiced + 12 extra half slices for garnish
1 tsp of freshly chopped dill + extra for garnish
1 tsp of sea salt + extra for garnish
2 Tbsp olive oil
