Salmon Tacos

Want tacos fast? Try these super easy salmon tacos that will get tacos on your plate in 20 minutes or less! (Paleo option, Gluten Free, Dairy Free option, healthy)

For Tacos:
16 ounces or 1lb defrosted salmon
1T taco seasoning
4-6 tortillas (corn or for paleo I like these)
1.5 cups red cabbage
1.5 cups green cabbage or shredded lettuce
Cooking spray

For sauce*:
1 avocado
½ cup plain greek yogurt (any fat %)
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
¼ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp garlic powder
Juice from ½ lime
Salt and pepper
1. Sprinkle salmon fillets with taco seasoning and pan fry on a nonstick pan until cooked all the way through (or use the George Foreman like I did). (Make sure to spray your pan thoroughly.) 2. Make cream sauce by combining ingredients by hand (mashing avocado to combine it) or in a blender. 3. Fill each taco with ¼ cup red cabbage, ¼ cup green cabbage or lettuce, 3 ounces of salmon and 1T of avocado sauce. Serve up!
