Sambal Hummus

This Sambal Hummus is a simple, but spicy take on the classic!

1 can chickpeas, drained
2 tbsp tahini
2 tbsp lime juice
1 clove garlic
½ tsp salt
1 tbsp sambal oelek
1 tbsp water
olive oil and sambal oelek to top
Combine in a food processor or blender until well mixed. Plate in a bowl and top with sambal oelek and olive oil. Serve with pita chips or veggies and enjoy!
