Savory BBQ chicken pizza

23

A FAST pizza dough recipe without a lot of rising time. Something I can always make when I feel like I don't have any food in the house. I usually have frozen chicken, cheese, peppers, onions, and some bbq sauce. AND it's so yummy!

6
1 T yeast
1 C warm water
2 C flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 T ranch
1 clove garlic
2 chicken breasts
1 bottle bbq sauce
1/2 green pepper chopped
1/2 red onion chopped
1 cup mozzarella cheese grated
Dough: Combine yeast and water. Let sit for about 2-3 minutes. In a medium mixing bowl, combine flour and salt with fork. Add water and yeast combo to flour mixture and stir with a fork until moistened. Put on floured surface and knead 10 times. Let rise for 5 minutes. Boil chicken until no longer pink, drain water and add cold water so it cools down faster and you can shred. Combine chicken and bbq sauce in a bowl. In a separate bowl, combine mayo, ranch and garlic. You can also use garlic salt if you don't have garlic. I like to sprinkle cornmeal on my pizza stone to give it that gourmet pizza texture. I just use my hands to press out the dough. Sprinkle extra flour if the dough is sticky. Spread the mayo mixture on the dough. I usually don't use the whole thing.....just spread the amount of your liking. Spread chicken bbq mixture, then add peppers, onions, and cheese. I like to try red peppers and yellow onions. Bake for about 12 minutes. The more sauce you use, the more time you will need. ENJOY!
