Scalloped Potato, Ham and Broccoli

This is a delicious take on the classic Scalloped Potatoes dish. Adding in smoky Ham and ramping up the vegetable quota with tender Broccoli.

2 lbs. potatoes ( I used little Gold potatoes that I par-boiled)
2 cups ham-chopped
2 cups broccoli-frozen, thawed-chopped
1/2 small onion-diced
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
2 1/2 cups milk
1 1/2 cups shredded cheese
salt & pepper to taste
