Delicious, gluten free Sesame Banana Buckwheat Muffins. Hard on the outside and creamy, melt in your mouth on the inside!

3 very ripe bananas
2 egg whites
3/4 cup almond butter (any nut butter will work)
1 1/8 cup almond creamer or any milk
3/4 cup applesauce
1 1/4 cup GF oat flour
3/4 cup almond flour
3/4 cup buckwheat flour
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 tsp baking soda
1 cup stevia baking sugar (sub coconut sugar if you prefer)
3/4 tsp sea salt
1/4 cup sesame seeds plus 1-2 tbsp for sprinkling
