Shiitake Shrimp Balls

Don't like the "shrimp" look? Re-shape them.

12 shrimp
4 shiitake mushrooms
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup chopped green onion
1/4 teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 350?F. Peel, devein and clean shrimps Put shrimp, mushroom, bread crumb, green onion and salt into food processor, blend until mixed. (You can also chop everything with a knife then mix them together.) Take a spoonful of the shrimp mixture at a time, make into small balls. Place the balls on a non-stick baking pan and bake for about 15 minutes or until done. Prepare a serving plate, put some salad greens at the bottom (optional), and place the balls on top.
